B.C. Labour Relations Board Rules in Starbucks Favour; Dismisses Unfair Labour Practice Complaint 

Today, the BCLRB issued a bottom-line decision dismissing the United Steelworkers unfair labour practice filing regarding wage discrepancy at our Douglas Street location in Victoria, B.C. Starbucks is pleased with the outcome of this decision and maintains that the company has fulfilled all obligations of our contract, including annual wage increases, as negotiated and agreed upon with the Douglas Street partners and the USW in June 2021.
